Hamburg is one of our favourite cities in Germany, but the Wildkogel Arena is definitely our spring break destination. It offers fantastic conditions for families, skiers, tobogganers, snowboarders, winter hikers and sun worshippers. The Wildkogelbahn in Neukirchen and the Smaragdbahn in Bramberg take you up to 2,100 metres above sea level, where 75 kilometres of snow-assured, varied slopes lie at your feet: From sunny and tree-free carving slopes to challenging black steeps and crisp conditioning runs down to the villages in the valley. The 85% easy to intermediate slopes are ideal for beginners, returners and families, with snow guaranteed until after Easter.
