Winter Activities in the Wildkogel Arena

Something sure to appeal to everyone

Already looking forward to fun-filled, or even challenging outdoor activities during your winter holidays, and can barely wait to begin breathing in that fresh mountain air? If so, the Wildkogel Arena in Hohe Tauern National Park Holiday Region is definitely the right destination for you. Located between Hohe Tauern National Park and the Kitzbühel Alps, Wildkogel Arena Neukirchen & Bramberg offers numerous exciting activities in winter.

While skiers and snowboarders can look forward to 75 km of snowy pistes in our family-friendly ski area, fans of sledding are greeted by one truly unique attraction of their own: the world's longest floodlit sled run dropping down to Bramberg. Here, boundless adventures, adrenaline and fun are guaranteed!

If you would prefer to explore our beautiful landscapes on cross-country skis, you have the opportunity to pursue this winter sport on a total of 30 km of XC trails in Neukirchen and Bramberg. And if you would like a change of pace from skiing-related sports, you can also enjoy our holiday region while ice skating or discovering the sport of "ice stock". And if you are ever in the mood for a winter experience where pure enjoyment of our snow-covered winter countryside is the focus, there is no better choice than a sleigh ride through this winter paradise. Or, maybe you would prefer to join a snowshoe hike, part of the WildkogelAktiv-Program, through the pristine Sulzbachtäler valleys. Also, wildlife watching in Hohe Tauern National Park is always a major highlight for our wintertime guests.
