An adventure-filled week in our stunning mountain landscape for beginners and advanced participants, the young and the young at heart, nature lovers and fitness enthusiasts
- Hiking and cycling in the Wildkogel Arena
Guided tours take you to the region’s most beautiful vantage points – through alpine meadows, forests and alpine landscapes.
- Ice bathing in clear mountain water
The cold, clear mountain water revitalises you, strengthens body and mind, and makes for a truly special experience.
- Time for mindfulness and relaxation
As well as physical activity, there’s plenty of time for mindful breaks, enjoyment and relaxation in nature.
- Evening workshops and talks
In the evening, BergZeit becomes a time for connection: inspiring workshops, fascinating talks and shared moments create space for exchange, new ideas and cosy get-togethers.

Your package sets the framework. You create the experience.
