Clarity, strength & mental depth

Nina Bacher

Nina from Bramberg supports people not only on a physical level, but also on their journey towards inner strength. As a certified mental and relaxation coach, yoga teacher and group fitness expert, she combines movement, mindfulness and the courage to embrace genuine change.

Her sessions are powerful and well-structured, yet sensitive and profound. With Nina, you can look forward to power yoga, fascia training, inspiring workshops and even a plunge into the deep end: ice bathing, done mindfully, courageously and with a sense of clarity.

What sets her apart is her intuition for the interplay between body and mind. With her, movement becomes a tool for clarity, grounding and self-confidence.

Boundless Movement

Stefan Rainer

Stefan Rainer, from Bramber, embodies movement in its deepest, most primal form. For over 25 years, he has devoted himself to a wide variety of movement arts: from internal and external martial arts to parkour and acrobatics. From this diversity, he has developed an understanding of movement that goes far beyond the physical.

In 2020, this gave rise to Boundless Movement, a form of movement created by Stefan that is based on the internal martial and healing art of Yiquan, elements of parkour and mental training. It is not intended as a sport, but as a reminder of something that lives within us all: the ability to move naturally, consciously and in connection with others.

Yoga with Heart

Ulli Lang

Ulli Lang, from Neukirchen, is a mother, a devoted grandmother and, above all, a yoga teacher with a passion for her craft. Born and raised in the idyllic town of Neukirchen, she carries within her not only the tranquillity of the mountains but also a love of mindfulness.

She first encountered yoga around 20 years ago, and something within her was awakened. The combination of movement, breath and stillness opened up a new way for her to connect with her own body and inner experience. It was the conscious awareness, the gentle settling into stillness, that touched her deeply.

In her sessions, Ulli invites you to move with love – far removed from the pressure to perform or the pursuit of perfection. Stretching, lengthening, breathing, feeling: for her, this is where the true power of yoga lies. It is not about contorting yourself, but about finding your way back to yourself.

Power in motion

Ewi Gorbulenko

Ewi combines knowledge and intuition, power and precision. With her solid background in sports science, functional training and muscle building, she has been guiding people for many years on their journey towards greater physical strength – and inner balance.

What makes her sessions special is the combination of effectiveness and enjoyment: Ewi designs every session with clarity, ease and boundless energy. Whether it’s Pilates Bodyweight, Latin Dance Fitness or an active run through the countryside – anyone who trains with Ewi not only feels their body, but also a new vitality.

Nature guide

Harald Gieringer

Harald is from Neukirchen and knows the region’s mountains, forests and hidden trails like no other. After a career change, he found his true calling in nature – today he works with enthusiasm as a qualified mountain hiking guide and (e-)mountain bike guide.

What sets him apart is more than just local knowledge: it is the joy of sharing his home region with others – mindfully, at a leisurely pace and with an open eye for what truly matters. Whether on foot or on two wheels – Harald takes his guests along paths that are not only scenically impressive but also deeply moving.

His personal tip: the e-bike & hike tours – gently guided, far from the beaten track, to quiet vantage points, small natural wonders and special places of power. It is precisely these moments in the vastness of the mountains that Harald accompanies with a smile – because they remind us how good it feels to be outdoors.
