Hohe Tauern Cycle Trail
Mountain bike routes through the Wildkogel Arena
The Hohe Tauern Panorama Bike Trail winds its way through the most impressive valleys of the Hohe Tauern National Park – and the route passes through the stage towns of Neukirchen am Großvenediger and Bramberg am Wildkogel. Here, cyclists can enjoy panoramic views, the natural beauty of the national park and excellent facilities along one of the most varied multi-day cycling tours in the Alps. With the Habachtal in Bramberg and the Ober- and Untersulzbachtal in Neukirchen, three particularly impressive national park valleys from the Wildkogel Arena are among the highlights along the trail.
The new multi-stage cycle route connects 14 national park valleys, covering 530 kilometres and around 12,000 metres of elevation gain, to create a unique mountain biking experience through the Hohe Tauern National Park holiday region.
