Ticket Exchanges, Replacement Tickets

Subsequent exchanges for other ski passes, transfer to other persons, extension or delay of the validity period are not possible. Ski passes are non-transferrable. Operation of lifts and/or pistes may be restricted. By purchasing a lift pass, the guest accepts our transportation conditions, which are also published at the valley lift terminal.



Refunds are only possible in the event of accidents or illness, though not due to partial interruption of service on gondolas, ski lifts or pistes. A physician's attestation as well as the ski pass must be provided to the ticket office. The amount of the refund will be determined by when the ski pass is returned (if the pass is returned before 10 a.m., that day will also be reimbursed). Bad weather, avalanche danger, unforeseen early departure, interruptions in operations, closure of ski runs or other facilities etc. do not constitute cause for a refund or extension of the passes. Lost passes cannot be replaced.


Misuse of Lift Passes

Primary monitoring is done by the SKIDATA ski-pass system at the valley lift terminal. Inspections are also conducted at gondolas and other ski lifts in the Wildkogel Arena ski area. Of course, we trust our guests; We are sure you will understand that we will be obliged to charge a special fee (multiple rate based on the regular price of the pass) for any lift users who are not in possession of a valid pass.


Chip cards for no-hands access

Chip cards are issued for passes valid for 4 days or longer, in exchange for a € 2.00 security deposit. The € 2.00 will be refunded upon return of the undamaged chip card!
