For over 100 years, the Alpine inn Stockenbaum has been family-owned – nowadays, Hannes and Stefan, the sons of the house, swing their cooking spoons there. Regionality is a particular concern for them, almost all food comes from their own hunting and farming – what is not available at home, comes from partners in the surrounding area. With these ingredients, the brother duo prepares home-style cuisine of the highest quality.
