In the heart of the Hohe Tauern National Park, a brother duo is cooking up a storm
For over 100 years, the Alpengasthof Stockenbaum has been in family ownership – nowadays, Hannes and Stefan, the sons of the house, are wielding their cooking spoons there. They place a special emphasis on regionality, nearly all food comes from their own hunting and farming – what isn't available at home comes from partners in the surrounding area. Using these ingredients, the brother duo prepares local cuisine of the highest quality.
