The start of the tour is at the junction of Trattenbachtal – Dürnbachtal. Here, we initially head a short distance towards Steineralm, where we soon turn left to follow a hunter's trail relatively steeply through the forest towards Montlangeralm. The little-frequented forest path is a hidden gem and leads to a rustic hut that invites you to take a break with regional delicacies. The return route is then via a cozy forest road, the so-called Goetheweg, back to the cars.
