Mineral Excursion: Hunting for Emeralds in Habachtal

We take a taxi from the Habachtal parking lot to the Gasthof Alpenrose. Close by is a debris flow where we can find various minerals, especially emeralds. At 2:00 PM, we will then hike back to the starting point along the educational trail "Smaragdweg" together with our hiking guide. Those who wish can take the Smaragdexpress back down the valley.

Tip: Bring rubber boots or sturdy hiking shoes! Change of clothes for children.
Registration: the day before until 4:00 PM online at www.wildkogel-arena.at or at the tourist offices in Neukirchen & Bramberg.
Meeting point: 8:45 AM Habachtal parking lot.
