Quacking geese and rattling hooves Children’s adventure day on the Unterklaffau organic farm
Off we go to fun horse and pony riding at Rosi and Gotthard Kreidl’s place. Adventure, fun and enjoyment! A day with rabbits, guinea pigs, cats, horses, Geese,…! Gotthard will show you what life on the farm is like! For example how hens lay eggs and why jumping into hay is so much fun. The adventure-fun for old and young! Have you ever played Farm-Golf? No? You’ve got to give it a try here at our farm ... Of course, you can also craft your own animal from hay to take with you home. To wrap things up, everyone can barbeque their own bread on a stick, marshmallow-style by the campfire.

Bramberg:
CRAFTS AT THE SALZBURGER WOLLSTADEL (AGES 5 AND UP)
WildkogelAktiv Children’s Program: The friendly ladies at the Wollstadel ("House of Wool") show the kids how to work with sheep’s wool, and the youngsters get to try their hand at felting, with everyone able to make their own keychain pendant, known as a "Schlinder". We can confide all of our worries and secrets to this "Schlinder". The small woolen ball swallows our sorrows and we soon feel a lot better.
Sign-Up: by 10 a.m. of the day of the event
Meets: 2:00 p.m. at the Salzburger Wollstadel,
Pick-Up: 3:30 p.m. at the Salzburger Wollstadel

Bramberg:
"Köngistour" (Mountain-bike tour)
Travel from Bramberg to Gasthof Bergkristall, then up to the Peilberg Hochalm, via Stangenjoch to the Baumgargenalm, and via the Geislalm up the Wildkogel.
Difficulty: 1,750 meter gain, 39 km
Registration: by 5 pm of the day before
Meets: 9 am at SportPro Fankhauser, lasts ca. 6 hrs.
Fee: € 30.00 with own bike, € 40.00 w/o bike
Minimum Participation: 2 people

CHEESE HIKE FOR THE WHOLE FAMILY
Roundtrip ride on the Wildkogel lifts, easy alpine hike with your guide, Gotthard, to the Ganzeralm in the area of the Wildkogel. At this mountain hut, cheese is produced using traditional methods. And of course, there is also an opportunity to taste some of the cheese and other products made there at the hill farm!
Difficulty: easy
Sign-Up: by 5 p.m. of the day before
Meets: 9:15 a.m. at the valley terminal of the Wildkogel lifts, lasts until about 4 p.m.
Fees: free with Guest Card, otherwise € 4.00 adults and € 2.00 children, (excl. lift fare)

Tip: return hike to the valley is possible

Hochfeld Mine, National Park
The old copper mines in Untersulzbachtal are open to summertime visitors as part of a guided tour. Offered twice daily, they provide fascinating insights into the Habach geological series, telling us much about how the rocks, minerals and ores of the area were originally created. Furthermore, visitors gain fascinating insights into the tough work environment endured by miners of bygone days.
Difficulty: moderate
Registration: by 4 pm of the day before
Meets: 10 am and 2 pm, Hochfeld mine in the national park, lasts ca. 2 hrs.
Cost: Guided tour free with Wildkogel Card, with guest card € 10,00 adult, € 5,00 child
Minimum participation: 6 people, children ages 3 and up

Comments: Good shoes and warm clothing required (temperature in the mine: 6°C)
Be sure to calculate in time to get there: Either on foot alongside the Untersulzbach waterfall, leading from Gasthof Schütthof, actual walking time ca. 1 hr., or ride the Valley Taxi.
