20.09. - 22.09.2013
Route: Whether a fleet-footed road or forest runner, marathon queen, laid-back Nordic walker or a fit mountain lover – The uniquely beautiful Alpine landscapes of Hohe Tauern National Park captivate everyone equally with their countless faces. For the finale on the third and last day of the Women’s Trails, the longest route – 15 km – is on the schedule. Runners will have to overcome an elevation change of around 600 vertical meters.
The Women's Trail in Neukirchen, Salzburger Land, is the first trail-running event exclusively for women, and a late-summer highlight for all hobby runners and nature lovers.
The races for the Women's Trail can be run in daily classifications or as legs. Aside from an individual start, teams (three women) or a relay (each member runs a specific distance) are also possible. From the individual run to a full 3-day package incl. accommodations and a feel-good massage, various booking options are available.
